Our specialty is custom home building. Our abilities range from rustic mountain cabins to modern designs or any combination our customers prefer.
There are no two projects alike. We spend ample time determining the many up-front decisions a customer needs to make, to attain accurate pricing for any project. Once an agreement is reached, we work closely with owners to keep them informed on the progress of the project.

FROM THE BEGINNING
Foundations in the White Mountains are a big deal.
There is a lot of movement in the ground and how it is dealt with, right off the bat, is the key to a home remaining stable. Ignoring this simple fact will result in staggering costs later on to repair what should have been done initially.
Our Abilities
Most homes in the White Mountains have either a stem wall masonry foundation or concrete slab, if the site allows, with wood framing for all of the structural components, which comprises the majority of our work.
We also have vast experience with International Homes of Cedar, an extremely high-quality Cedar laminated wall structure system which blends the mountains and modern.
